ERI operates fully equipped Superpave laboratories in Saudi Arabia. These laboratories are capable of performing conventional and Superpave asphalt binder and mixture tests in accordance to ASTM/ AASHTO standards; and in accordance to local asphalt binder & mixture standards.
ERI asphalt technology experts provide asphalt mixture design and asphalt mixture design verifications for transportation, aviation and port facilities; similarly to contractors and consultants using Superpave and Marshall Asphalt mixture design methodologies.
ERI experts provide specialized mix design services tailored to our clients’ needs or to eliminate the occurrence of specific distress (i.e. Design of Stone Matrix/Mastic Asphalt (SMA); incorporate recycled asphalt pavements (RAP); recycled construction materials in asphalt mixture designs; warm mix technology; .. etc.).
